Chef Nottie along with the culinary team have a passion for food and for serving the campus community. No matter what size your event is, the TUC Culinary team will provide delicious dishes with exceptional service. Different menu options are available to make the perfect arrangement for your event. Whatever your needs, our Chefs will work with you to create a customized menu sure to please your guests.
Catering Menus
Executive Sous Chef Chelsea has prepared the following menus for you to use in planning your event. Though we offer a unique and wide variety of foods, please keep in mind that all choices may not be suitable for the venue you have secured. Please allow Event Service Manager Denis Collins denis.collins@tu.edu to assist you in making your choices and arranging for any special requests. By working together we can make selections that allow us to work effectively and ensure your guests needs are fulfilled.
Catering Menus are available on A/V Share. Once the menu that is created with Denis Collins is completed , the event will be priced and returned to the group for processing the payment by PO, cash, check, credit card.
TUC Dining and Catering Services requires a two-week notice for all campus events. Please read carefully the cancellation policy should the need to cancel an event arise.

I wanted to thank you for all your help for the DSHP Diabetes Wellness Event. The
food was very delicious and many compliments were given! Thank you for providing all
the necessary utensils, as well as helping us on short notice! I will refer TUC Dining
Catering Services to friends and possibly ask for more services from TUC DCS in the
future!
